How do I book for classes and workshops?

Want to host a private party or creative event?

Whether it's a lively birthday celebration for both kids and adults, an elegant bridal or baby shower, a private paint & sip, or a fun team-building event, we specialise in crafting unforgettable moments for any private occasion. What is your cancellation & refunds policy on workshop / events?

Workshops & events booked cannot be refunded or redeemed for a later date, please remember to check your booking dates & times at checkout. In the unfortunate event that you cannot make the date for any reason (if you fall ill, have another event on etc), you may gift your ticket to someone else. Please kindly notify us should this occur with the details of who you would be gifting your tickets to.
What is your return and refunds policy on products purchased?

We take the best precautions to package our items for courier as safely as possible, but in the unfortunate event that there is a breakage during transit, we will endeavour to either fix the item for you, or, if necessary, replace it. Should your order be damaged, we require that you please contact us, via email, within two days of arrival. Returns and refunds will not be issued for any other reason. We reserve the right to issue refunds on the basis of breakages at our discretion.
Are payments secure?

Yes, all payments on our store are securely processed by PayFast.
What payment methods do you offer?

Our payments are processed by PayFast. All debit and credit card payments, as well as Snapscan are offered as payment methods.
Do you offer gift vouchers?

How are orders shipped?

All orders are sent via door to door courier. We use a range of reputable courier companies to get your items to you safely and on time. Once your order has been processed, your tracking number will be sent to you via email. Standard delivery is offered at a flat rate of R130.00, with a lead time of 48 - 96 hours.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! For any international orders, please get in touch with us via email and we would be happy to assist with a quote.
